Thanks to its high production capacity and advanced automation system, it offers efficient solutions for the needs of modern napkin production facilities.
The machine can be manufactured without printing, with single-color printing, or with two-color printing, and can also adapt to different production requirements with single or double embossing unit options. Thanks to its precise cutting and folding technology, standard sizes and high quality are achieved in the products.
The advanced PLC-based automation system continuously monitors the production process, detects potential faults, and informs the operator instantly. Thanks to the automatic stop system developed against paper breakages, production safety is increased and product losses are minimized.
With the automatic counting system in the machine, napkin groups can be created in desired quantities. The manufactured products can be easily packaged with manual or automatic bag-sealing systems. In addition, thanks to the dispenser folding (rectangular napkin) feature, it also allows the production of different product types.
