The logs formed at the end of the production process are cut to desired dimensions by a Log Saw or Band Saw Cutting Machine and transformed into the final product.
Depending on customer requirements, the machine can be manufactured without lamination, with a single lamination unit, or with a double lamination unit. Non-laminated models are suitable for toilet paper production, while laminated models deliver superior performance in both toilet paper and paper towel production.
Thanks to the advanced PLC-based automation system, the production process is continuously monitored, and any potential faults are reported to the operator instantly. The automatic stop system, which is activated in cases such as paper breakage, enhances production safety while keeping product waste to a minimum.
